Hey Lin,
I think I have a few pointers to help you shape your character into a more defined product.
1) Build, hair color, eye color, height, appearance, clothing, and distinguishing marks could be put together to form one section for your character's overall appearance. Try to write it in a flowing sense; let each feature you describe lead to the next until you've covered everything.
2) Clearly define all your strengths and weaknesses; Social, Career, Racial, Combat, and intelligence. Try to be specific as possible, and give an example of how it could be a strength or weakness. Remember that you must have Weaknesses greater than or equal to your strength. Not only does this lead to a deeper character, it also gives you constant obstacles to overcome as you roleplay, and makes your character more believable and realistic, which in turn is easier to identify with.
3) Elaborate on your equipment. You have two 4' twin blades, made by the same blacksmith, but is that all? You could also go into a little more descriptive detail on the blades -- are they curved? Straight? Single-edged or double-edged blade? Are they weighted to give a stronger cleave, or are they balanced to be easy to handle with finesse?
4) Abilities should be special capabilities of your character, not just impressive physical attributes. While high-speed running, swimming and reading are indeed good abilities to have, what else is your character capable of? Can he pick locks, or juggle swords? Maybe he is good at compensating for the weight of different weapons and can throw them accurately despite them not being balanced. Maybe he is a capable forager, and can survive where others would think it to be too hostile of an environment. It should also make sense for your character to have the abilities he does have -- for example, Maybe the character was part of a circus troupe, and that's where they learned to juggle and throw things. Think about how you can integrate your character's history and abilities.
5) Magic has been divided up, and should be written in a fashion that fits the standard in the library. Though it would probably be perfectly acceptable to have your character refer to his magic as "dark" (perhaps he uses it, but doesn't like it because it can really hurt people?), it doesn't really fit with the current magic system. I'd suggest you go over the post on magic in the library again:
http://library.aedolyn.net/Magic_SystemTo me it sounds like you have split time studying Spiritual magic for healing, and illusion magic for pick-pocketing.
6) Please expand on the pet! Not many characters take to having a pet, and it can be a very good place to add depth to a character. What is the relationship between the pet and the master? Are they reliable companions, helping save each other in even the toughest situations? Has the wolf had a hard time accepting its dependency of you as his master, and doesn't like to listen to commands? These are all things that can help build a more satisfying role-playing experience, and further character building.
7) Your Biography could use a little bit of formatting to make it a bit easier to read, and quite a bit of elaboration. For example, I'd love to know more about this old man that was training you. Was he an old mentor, a friend of your character's parents perhaps? Did he maybe live in the forest to hide from the knights because of his history, and the king had the village burned down because of him? Perhaps your father could have died protecting the knowledge of his whereabouts. Perhaps the man training you knew things he shouldn't, and was powerful enough to be considered a threat to the king, and he passed it all to your character so it wouldn't all be lost?
The mentor/apprentice relationship can be even more significant than the relationship between a pet and its master, and as such there is a LOT of potential there.
I think that's all I have to suggest. I hope I wasn't too hard on you, because you do have the workings of a pretty neat character... it just needs expanding! I look forward to seeing how you expand the character with added details.
